Paul and Janet Pickar first opened doors of Pickar Plumbing in the spring of 1993. Back then, the shop was located in the charming town of Elma. As business began to grow, the Pickar’s decided to make a move and in 2001 settle down in the heart of Riceville. 

After 18 successful years, Paul and Janet turned the reigns over to their son Luke. He along with his close friend Jordan put their talents together in February 2011, thus Pickar-Oulman Plumbing, Heating & Electrical, Inc. was born!
